Just blogging about an incident that happened yesterday evening. L=my leader.
In the evening, L gave an order that no ball games are allowed from now till campfire is over. However, after that the 7of the sec4s went to play soccer despite knowing about the order, the result? A heated arguement between one of the sec4s and L. I know L will be reading my blog, so I am clarifying things here, E did not meant to be rude. He may sound rude, but his actual meaning of asking is because of some doubts in his mind which he thinks it's unfair. Also, the whole bunch of us did not intentionally defy L's order but because our thinking was that after yesterday's soccer session, it will not be easy for us to play together again. Take a look at the calendar of events, after yesterday, next week will be campfire full preparation which all of us will be finishing up our work and the week after will be campfire. Next week sure won't play soccer 1reason is because mid-yr is nearing and we anticipate the preparation should end quite late. After next week will be campfire, after campfire? No more. So, if some of you may think that after O's still can play, you are greatly wrong. After O's, people will be busy with their lives and stuffs, maybe occasional outings but when will you get the chance to play soccer again? Look at previous batches, which batch of people actually comes back and play soccer together? I may sound rude as what E sounds but my main purpose is just to clarify the misunderstanding between L and the sec4s.
After I left school, when I was changing bus at a busstop, a lady approach me and ask me which bus goes to Hougang and I told her 55. She thanked me and went on to sit down on another bench, then after that I thought: if she is going to Hougang Central, 55 doesn't go. So I deciding whether to approach her again and tell her about it, and my final decision: I told her. Me: Excuse me, which part of Hougang do you want to go? Central or? She: Er..ya, central. Me: Oh then 55 cannot go, you need to change bus, which means you will have to take either 55 or 966 to Eunos Mrt there to change for 51 which goes directly to Hougang Central. She: Oh, which means I still have to take 55 right? Me: Ya, sort of. She: Oh ok, thanks alot. Me: Ok, no problem.
Then, my bus came and I went off and she said bye bye. Haha, it may seem like a small matter but after I do feel happy telling her about my mistake in telling her 55 goes to Hougang although it does go, but it's not the central.
