Read today's newspaper where they report about abolishing TAF scheme to HHF programme. There's report on how VS carry out its fitness program and I think I should show it to TJ PE dept. 1student said he attend the program even on days where he is not required to. Why does this happen? Because the fitness program apart from giving them exercises, they also allow them to play games. This way, it interests the students and they will come back for more games. This in turn leads to them shedding the unwanted weight and become more fit. So, there's no 1 hard fast way which TJ thinks it is to becoming fit. Many other ways, so long as the person wants to get fit, with suitable environment and help from surroundings, he will get fit. By this I meant, fitness can be gained through games but not only boring exercises that we are going to do in the next 2years in army.
Leading a kinda sad life in TJ. No computer gaming allowed in school, that's understandable. No card gaming etc. Fine. No sports games during PE? *ahem* Not that fine anymore, I think it's worst than primary schools, at least the students get to play games during pe. Like what my classmate says when I said I was more fit in VS than now, "of coz la, vs is induced fitness, here is forced fitness" Well, I totally agree. Do you know, I use to give my 90% in VS when running? Cause I know after running, we can play games, so the faster you run would mean the more time you get to play games. So most of us would try our best to finish the run as soon as possible and enjoy the games. Right now, I'm just giving probably about 50% when I run. Cause it's so boring! This reminds me of a topic in essay writing during secondary school 'trapped'. I'm feeling that. More and more.
Anyway, went to the inaugural airshow yesterday. Felt that it wasn't worth $20 at all given the poor management of crowds and traffic. Other than the 1st 15min where the red and white 'black knights' display their spectacular formations and patterns, there was nothing much to wow about. After the pattern display finished, it was like time dragging that 1black knight flew past at a time, turning 360, they did this for like half hour? So we stood there watching and hoping that there is some new patterns, but there was not to be. Then came A380, was wishing that it could do a 360 as well(lol) of course I know it's not possible. The show ended off with another 6planes display, don't really know what it is called but it's almost same pattern done as the black knights. So ya, paying $20 to watch 15min of good show and then fight to go up the bus and then get sunburn, *hm* Some even flare up waiting for buses with 1of the uncles pushing a tram running to the front of the moving bus in an attempt to stop it(so dangerous! >.<), of course he succeeded but well, shouldn't be seeing such situations happening in Singapore right? Given that they won the bid to host the YOG2010. I wonder if the YOG committee saw what happened yesterday with the management of such large crowds (likely to happen to YOG), will we still win it?*hm* But nevertheless, congrats to Singapore in winning the bid. No halfdays?=(
Why appeal back to TJ? Not a very good idea you see=x Should have accepted Jon's help to get into VJ through Wushu. *hm* Oh well, can't reverse time. So let's just let time fly so that I can quickly fly through TJ.
