Oh, F1's practice race is tonight. Don't really care though. Yesterday's newspaper had a comment by one of the journalists on pride of F1 (page3). I agree with his report that many do not really care about F1. Firstly, majority of people (including me) sees it as imaging and they are just going after the profits that the tourists would bring in. Locals are almost left out. Look at the $5 surcharge for taxis, I don't see the link, it's basically daylight robbing in my point of view. It's just ridiculous la, The kind of circuit that we have is testing the skill of the driver, not much of the speed of car though. And as what the report mentions, should a game of Man U vs Liverpool be telecast at the same as the F1, most would have chose to watch the former, agree? Agreed. After all, seeing 22men chasing for 1ball should be more interesting than watching few cars going over the same route 61times.
