It's been almost 2 months since my last post. How time flies. Anyway, everyday is just about the same for me so I can't really blog much since nothing interesting happens. Army is dull, thinking of that, it just occur to me that today is national day. I must admit I am not the patriotic lot, I'm one of those who supported liverpool even though I'm a man u fan when they came to singapore and seeing them score goals is just simply sensational. *haha*
Ok, my intention of blogging today is to complain about singapore bus service and a poll I saw on Friday's papers on our transport service. I went for a haircut yesterday at Parkway. It took me 1hr 45min to travel there, cut my hair and travel back. Ok, here it goes. I'm suppose to take 30 and then change bus to go to parkway. People who know where I stay should know how close I stay to Parkway. My haircut takes about 15min only. The bus trips take about 20min so back and forth with the haircut = 55min. Let's give a 5min waiting time for my lift so the rest of the 45min was spend waiting for buses! 4 buses in total so you might think that average is about 11min/bus but hello, if you were to try waiting for 10min every bus when you go to a place, you would have to leave some half an hour earlier. So that says it, the aircon in the bus is comfortable, quality maybe, quantity? Maybe not.
